Bitter Gourd is made otherwise in awesome areas. I am sharing the Andhra style Bitter Gourd Fry recipe. This Fry isn’t sour. It tastes scrumptious while eaten with hot Rice and Ghee. It could be very useful throughout trips and for people who stay at hostels. Bitter Gourd fry does not get spoiled even after consistent with week of making it.
Ingredients:

- 1/2 Kilo Tender Small Bitter Gourds

- 1/4 cup Salt

- 1 tsp Turmeric

- Pieces from 2 Dry Coconut Halves

- 15 Red Chillies

- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds

- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

- 15 Garlic
-
- 1 tbsp Jaggery

- 1.25 tsp Salt

- 2 Sprigs Curry leaves

- Oil to fry
1.Peel the Bitter Gourds and do away with the seeds.

2.Mix Salt and Turmeric in a vessel. Rub it on the Bitter Gourds inside and out and let them rest for 30 minutes..

3.Roast Dry Coconut pieces in a pan till they supply out the aroma for Bitter gourd.

4.In the identical pan, add Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Curry leaves and fry on low flame till they provide out the aroma (If you like, you may upload Bitter Gourd seeds too) for Bitter Gourd.

5.Mix Coconut, roasted Coriander Seeds in a mixie, upload Salt and Jaggery and make a Powder for Bitter Gourd.

6.Take the marinated Bitter Gourds and squeeze difficult in order that the sour juice is extracted.

7.Heat Oil in a pan and add the squeezed Bitter Gourds and fry them through pushing the oil on to the vegetable.

8.Once they’re cool, stuff the Coconut Spice Powder into the Bitter Gourds Coconut and serve with Rice.

9.If you want, you can fry them 1/2, take them out, stuff them and fry again. And then, you could add the relaxation of the Powder and fry for Bitter Gourd.
